FY 2013 Budget Amendment Deadlines
Budget Amendment #1
• Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, August 31, 2012.
• Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, September 10, 2012.
• Budget journal access will be reinstated on Monday, September 17, 2012.
Budget Amendment #2:
• Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, November 30, 2012.
• Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, December 10, 2012.
• Budget journal access will be reinstated on Monday, January 7, 2013.
Budget Amendment #3:
• Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, March 1, 2013.
• Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, March 11, 2013.
• Budget journal access will be reinstated on Monday, March 18, 2013.
Budget Amendment #4:
• Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, May 24, 2013.
• Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at the close of business on Friday, June 7, 2013.
• Once removed, budget journal access will not be reinstated until July 2013 for FY2014 budgets only. Therefore, all FY2013 budget lines should be finalized by the close of business on Friday, June 7, 2013.
