FY 2012 Budget Amendment Calendar
Budget Amendment #1
- Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, September 2, 2011.
- Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, September 12, 2011.
- Budget journal access will be reinstated on Monday, September 19, 2011.
Budget Amendment #2:
- Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, December 2, 2011.
- Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, December 12, 2011.
- Budget journal access will be reinstated on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
Budget Amendment #3:
- Items requiring action by Budget & Planning are due to B&P by the close of business on Friday, March 2, 2012.
- Budget journal access will be removed from the University community at 8 am on Monday, March 12, 2012.
- Budget journal access will be reinstated on Monday, March 19, 2012.
Budget Amendment #4:
- We will distribute these deadlines during the fiscal year once we have more guidance from the Regents. For planning purposes, assume that final budget amendment requests will be due to B&P in late May, and that budget journal access will be removed in early June.
