The School of Social Work offers a program that leads to a Bachelor of Social Work degree.  The social work program requires a second application and the completion of the following prerequisites: all the courses in Area A, Biol 1103k and 1104k; Psych 1101, Anth 1102, Soci 1101, Econ 2105, Math 1070.

Program Information

Enrollment in the BSW program is limited and therefore early application is advisable. The application deadline is June 1 preceeding the fall semester in which admission is desired. After June 1, applications are considered on a space available basis. Students must be accepted to the university as an undergraduate degree-seeking student before they can be admitted to the BSW program.

Students may choose to attend a summer term to reduce their load during fall or spring semesters but still stay on track to graduate in four years.
