Budget Card Information
A Budget Card is a parking access permit that saves $1 per entry off the regular parking rate. After completing a parking registration form, a Budget Card may be obtained from the Auxiliary and Support Services Customer Service Windows and can be used during authorized times at all parking locations except the Lofts Deck.
A minimum of $7 and up to $200 can be deposited onto the card with payment by PantherCash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or check. Additional value can be added at any time during regular customer service hours.
