Event Description:
Georgia State University President Mark P. Becker will deliver his annual State of the University address on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 3 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
President Becker willannounce important new initiatives and developments that are relevant to students, faculty and staff and will provide an update on recent university accomplishments.He will be introduced by Student Government Association President Andrew Whyte.
Faculty, staff, students, alumni and supporters are invited to attend the event, which is free and open to the public. A reception will follow in the Student Center Atrium.
