VISION

The Office of Revenue, Receivable and Cashiering Services will ensure integrity of student financial transactions and reporting in a positive work environment that encourages employees to reach their full potential.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Office of Revenue, Receivable and Cashiering Services provides (a variety of) cashiering and accounting services to the Georgia State University community and other outside entities. This is accomplished by a highly knowledgeable staff, providing timely and accurate financial information, with a focus on excellent customer service. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the accounting for financial aid programs, and student revenue and receivable accounts.

GOALS

• Provide timely and accurate financial reports;
• Maintain systems which provide a clear audit trail and ensure compliance with policies and regulations;
• Respond quickly and thoroughly to the needs of the campus community while providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of Revenue, Receivable and Cashiering Services processes and procedures;
• Improve controls, processes and customer training within all financial applications;
• Maintain a highly skilled and qualified staff by encouraging participation in available professional development opportunities.
