Neuroscience is the study of the brain and behavior of animals and humans. It is one of the fastest growing areas of biomedicine and biotechnology, and touches on areas of law, economics, philosophy, education, artificial intelligence, and robotics as well.
Neuroscience is an appropriate study for anyone who enjoys learning how we think. It is particularly appropriate as a major for those interested in working in the field of psychology, biology and chemistry, to deepen their understanding of the brain and the nervous system.
This is a suggested 4-year schedule of courses for students to follow, including milestones that should be met each year.
