The Georgia State University Welcome Center, located in Alumni Hall at 30 Courtland Street, provides an official reception area for visitors to the university. Visitors can participate in an information session, go on a campus tour and visit the Georgia State University Village, the undergraduate housing complex. Visitor parking is provided for those participating in Welcome Center activities. Tour information is as follows:

Special Tours
Upon request, large groups of 10 - 100 may arrange special tours. You must call the Welcome Center at (404) 651-3900 to make a reservation.
Wireless Networking
CatChat is Georgia State University's wireless network. It provides a casual connection to the University network without the restriction of networking wires or floppy disks. If you have questions, or need assistance, please contact the Help Center (404-651-4507 or help@gsu.edu).

The Federal Work-Study Program provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to each student's course of study.

WRAS-Atlanta (Album 88) is the largest student-run non-commercial radio station blasting into your stereos at 100,000 watts and a frequency of 88.5 MHz. Album 88 is run entirely by Georgia State University students and is funded by student activity fees. All students are welcome to join and WRAS is an equal opportunity employer. We operate on a ninety (90) album rotation format and do not play singles or music found on commercial radio stations.
