MARTA, one of the largest mass transit services in the nation, provides a safe, clean and affordable way to get to Georgia State. Students, faculty and staff can choose from several bus or train routes to get into the downtown area, including:
1) Georgia State and Five Points train stations, which put passengers within walking distance of university buildings
2) Bus route #4, McDonough/Grady Hospital
3) Bus route #18, South Decatur, departing from the Georgia State train station
4) Bus route #13, Fair Street/Techwood, departing from the North Avenue train station near the University Village
