About the Poster Session

The poster session will take place in the lobby of the Rialto Center for the Arts. Check-in for presenters begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Registration Desk. Presenters must check in and have their poster set up at their assigned location by 9:00 a.m.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

Images and text for your poster should be neatly affixed to the display board. All text on the poster must be at least an 18 pt font size. Your poster may have a separate panel at the top for the title, authors' names, and affiliations; otherwise, extensions to the display board are prohibited.

If you plan to bring a laptop or other device that requires power as part of your presentation, please notify us at purc@gsu.edu by October 22, so that we can assign your poster to a table near a power outlet.

For tips on preparing your poster presentation and some suggested layouts, we recommend you explore the Psi Chi Conference Presentation Pages.
