Initiation Banquet, 2003
The annual Beta Alpha Psi/Tau Alpha Chi Initiation Banquet was held in January at Maggiano's restaurant.  A highlight of the evening was the presentation of $5,000 checks to both Beta Alpha Psi and Tau Alpha Chi by PricewaterhouseCoopers and their client Jeffrey E. Smith Companies.  Once again, PwC demonstrates their unparalleled support for Beta Alpha Psi.

San Antonio Officer Trip, 2003
In August the officers attended the national Beta Alpha Psi Convention in San Antonio.  Attendance was made possible through the generous support of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  There were sessions on managing small chapters (we were a small chapter when we went to San Antonio!), as well as career sessions, technical accounting sessions, and sessions about the new CPA exam.

First Annual Picnic, 2003
The first annual Beta Alpha Psi Alumni Picnic was held April 19th at GSU's Indian Creek Lodge facility.  We had a good turnout of members, pledges, guests, and friends.  The picnic was planned by Cheria Coram.  She, along with help from Lindsey Sexton and Simmi Bhatia, did a fantastic job.

Fall Bowling Event, 2003
The bowling event this year was a blast.  Representatives from various firms around the Atlanta area were present.  There was also a great turnout of folks from Beta Alpha Psi there to compete for prizes based on score and number of strikes.  Lindsey Sexton did a fabulous job pulling this together and arranging a terrific price package for the two games that each person played.  Also a special thanks to the firms that participated!
